Reporting Scams: A Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Click on "Submit a Scam Report" to report a sender ID, phone number or web link as scam.
Step 2: Click on "Begin Report" to get started on reporting.
Step 3: Select "Message" to continue.
Step 4: Select the platform of the scam.
Step 5: You may copy & paste the message or upload a screenshot.
If you choose to upload a screenshot, please make sure the screenshot is saved on your phone prior to selecting upload. ScamShield will extract the relevant information from the screenshot.

Step 6: Review your report before submission.
If you have successfully submitted a report, you will see this screen.
