How to report a scam call

Step-by-Step Guide

Step #1: Click on 'Submit a Scam Report' to start

Step #2: Click on 'Begin Report'.

Step #3: Select what you would like to report.

Step #4: Select what type of call it was. Step #5: Key in the caller's phone number.

Step #6: Select who was on the call. Please note that recorded voice refers to robo-callers.

Step #7: Select the kind of service or institution the caller claimed to be from. For eg. DBS is bank representative, ICA, Supreme Court, MOH are government officials, etc.

Step #8: Describe the call. Please make sure you add as many details as possible to help authorities when they review the report. Step #9: And you're done! Thank you for keeping the community safe.
