# How to report a scam call

Step #1: Click on 'Submit a Scam Report' to start\

Step #2: Click on 'Begin Report'.\

Step #3: Select what you would like to report.\
\

Step #4: Select what type of call it was.\

Step #5: Key in the caller's phone number.\
\

Step #6: Select who was on the call. Please note that recorded voice refers to robo-callers.\

Step #7: Select the kind of service or institution the caller claimed to be from. For eg. DBS is bank representative, ICA, Supreme Court, MOH are government officials, etc. &#x20;

Step #8: Describe the call. Please make sure you add as many details as possible to help authorities when they review the report.\
