How do I know SMS filtering is enabled on my phone?
For iOS, SMS filtering will need to be switched on for ScamShield under Unknown & Spam settings.
For Android, ScamShield will need to be allowed to send and view SMSes, send notifications and access your contacts in the settings.
For more information, please refer to our section on Setup SMS Filtering. If you'd like to see where the SMSes are being filtered, please refer to our FAQ on "Will I be able to see the SMSes that get filtered?"
