# Setup call blocking on iOS

Step 1: Launch ScamShield. Click on "Set up" next to 'Scam call blocking not set up'.

Step 2: Click 'Next' to proceed.

Step 3: Click on 'Settings' to launch the Settings app on iOS.

Step 4: Click on 'Apps'.&#x20;

Please note that for iOS 17 and below, you can skip this step. Your Settings app will directly show a list of apps and you can scroll down and select 'Phone'.

Step 5: Scroll down and select 'Phone' > Click on 'Call Blocking & Identification'.

Step 6: Enable the toggle next to 'ScamShield'.
